Agatha Altarovici, Founder/Lead Coach

Agatha Altarovici is the Founder of Rise & Lead Moms, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering mothers across the U.S. to step confidently into leadership roles in nonprofits, politics, and community organizations. With a mission to create social impact through coaching, Agatha offers personalized programs that build confidence, resilience, and balance for moms who are transforming their communities.

Agatha’s career spans over 15 years of leadership in marketing, nonprofit development, and community organizing. As a Certified Professional Coach, she combines her expertise in strategic planning and empathy-driven guidance to help clients overcome challenges and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing & Development for The Gratitude Network, where she worked with global nonprofit leaders to accelerate their community impact. She also led a grassroots tenant association to advocate for housing justice, building a community of resilience and solidarity.

Her early career as a talent agent in Paris honed her skills in career coaching, requiring patience, compassion, and an understanding of individual potential. Agatha also holds a Master’s in Creative Business & Social Innovation from EDHEC Business School, reflecting her commitment to driving change through innovative solutions.

Agatha is deeply passionate about fostering inclusivity, breaking barriers for women, and creating ripple effects of leadership in underserved communities. When she’s not coaching or organizing, she is a dedicated mom and an advocate for causes close to her heart, including housing justice, social justice and public safety.
