Leadership support for moms driving social impact

Rise & Lead Moms (RLM) supports mothers who are leading social impact—through nonprofit work, community organizing, advocacy, or public service—while also carrying the realities of caregiving, paid work, and invisible labor.

We provide personalized, trauma-aware coaching and community support designed for real life, not ideal conditions.

Our work helps moms clarify their leadership path, build sustainable confidence, and stay engaged in the work they care about without burning out or disappearing when life gets hard.

RLM meets mothers where they are and supports them in leading in ways that are human, values-aligned, and built to last.
